Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the EchoLAN application or the bitsandpips.com website operated by Bits & Pips Maldives Pvt Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using EchoLAN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
Bits & Pips Maldives Pvt Ltd grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
EchoLAN is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) communication tool. You acknowledge that:
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Bits & Pips Maldives Pvt Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Bits & Pips Maldives Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Application.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives (Act No. 23/2010 Copyright & Related Rights, and other applicable laws), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
